One thing I strictly follow is that I totally avoid refined flour or maida in daily basis. If not possible to eat in the morning then which time can we eat fruits? Coz a reader has to stay fit to go on! This is the book that changed my myths of eating only a certain foods. And, that’s what I think Rujuta Diwekar wanted to achieve – to write book which is informative, simple, engaging and full of action points for people on the path to lose weight and more importantly be healthy. Eat it as a meal in itself. Liked readin the book although was not able to follow about the first few pages where she talks about vitamins,carbs etc but overall very good.
If you must eat chips and fried foods make them at home and fry them. Since this ypur a long process you will land up doing this maybe once a fortnight or so.
Good read for everyone.
